We offer Express Shipping upgrades to all countries. Express shipping costs a flat fee per order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Packaging Your Handbag
Your handbag will be wrapped in a soft cotton pouch, then carefully packed in a protective plastic wrap. It all comes in a luxourious black cardboard box to make sure your handbag reaches you in perfect condition.

International 5-Year Warranty
Products sold by Teddyvoss.com are covered by 5-year warranty worldwide. We will provide free repairs or free replacement of your product if it (you product) develops a defect covered under warranty.

Returns Process
If you want to return or exchange your order OR if there is a problem with the product you received, just follow these steps:
1- Email us at support@tourathy.com within 5 days of delivery. The following information need to be included in the e-mail:
* Your order #number
* A picture of the item you want to return
* The reason why you want to return your order (colors, sizing, quality, damaged, etc. ..)
* The new product size/color you’d like to have as an exchange (in case it’s an exchange request).
2- Ship your return back within 30 days of delivery and email us a proof of shipping (you can take a picture of the shipping label or the postal receipt).
3- Processing your request:
* If it’s a return request, we will give a full refund as soon as we receive the old handbag. Please note that refund transactions take 3-7 days to settle the funds in your bank account.
* If it’s an exchange request, we will ship your new order as soon as we receive the old product. Then, we will process your account adjustment (we will refund any difference if you ordered a cheaper handbag; OR we will send you a custom invoice to pay the price difference if you ordered a higher-priced item).

Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the buyer received the product un-damaged, then did not return it in its original condition, the buyer will be held responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Packages
If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@teddyvoss.com with photos of the item and photos of the box it was shipped in. We will happily ship you a replacement item, at no additional costs.
Custom Orders Policy
Custom orders include any personalizations that have been added/crafted just for you. Please note that we can’t return or exchange custom orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
