Leather Care Recommendations
To preserve the original appearance and longevity of your Teddy Voss product, we recommend the following:

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources

Keep away from detergents, perfumes, and cosmetics

Be cautious when wearing dark clothing, as color transfer may occur

If the leather becomes wet, gently dab with a soft cotton cloth and allow it to dry at room temperature

Do not apply leather creams or conditioners

Avoid overfilling bags or wallets

Store your item in the original dust bag when not in use
Warranty Claims & Repairs
If your product develops a defect covered under warranty, we are committed to offering a free repair. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement of the exact same model, size, and color, subject to availability.
In some cases, if local repair is more feasible, we may reimburse pre-approved repair costs in the form of store credit.
For non-warranty repairs, costs will vary depending on materials and labor involved. Once we receive and assess your product, we will inform you of the available repair options and any associated costs.
Our average repair turnaround time is approximately 5 weeks from receipt of your product.
Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products to Teddy Voss for warranty evaluation.

Once the claim is approved, Teddy Voss will cover return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service with delivery confirmation, as responsibility for the item remains with the customer until it is received and signed for by the Teddy Voss team.
